Molded Stator Insulation for Stepper, Servo and Brushless Motor Applications
We review separate molded insulation components and full or partial stator overmolding projects for stepper, servo and brushless motor applications. For separate parts, send a 2D/3D drawing or physical sample. For overmolding, send information about the customer-supplied unwound stator core or lamination assembly. Part structure, material, dimensions, tolerances and applicable testing requirements are confirmed for each project.
Representative contexts
Representative Application Contexts
The following motor types are representative application contexts shown in the company materials. Final product structure and process suitability are reviewed for each project.
- Stepper motor projects
- Servo motor projects
- Brushless motor projects
Two review routes
Project Routes That Can Be Reviewed
Separate Molded Insulation Components
For motor bobbins, frames, end insulators and other custom molded insulation parts supplied as separate components, send a drawing or physical sample for review.
Full or Partial Stator Overmolding
For projects where plastic is molded directly onto the stator core or lamination assembly, send the part drawing and information about the customer-supplied unwound stator core or lamination assembly. Please identify the areas to be covered and the areas that must remain clear.
Project review
What We Review for Each Application
To evaluate suitability, we review the part structure, application conditions and available project information. Final requirements are confirmed for each project.
- Part or stator core drawing
- Physical sample, if available
- Material or performance requirements
- Critical dimensions and tolerances
- Areas to be covered and areas that must remain clear, for overmolding projects
- Expected quantity, testing needs and target schedule
From application to review
How to Start an Application Review
Start with the project information you already have. If some details are missing, we can first identify what else is needed for the review.
Step 01
Drawing, Sample or Core Information
Send the available drawing, physical sample or stator core information, together with any known application and project requirements.
Step 02
Project Review
We review the information, identify the likely product route and clarify any missing details needed for further evaluation.
Step 03
Requirements Confirmation
Material, structure, key dimensions, tolerances, testing needs, quantity and schedule are confirmed according to the project.
Not Sure Which Product Route Fits Your Motor Project?
Send the project information you already have. We can review the application context, part structure and available requirements, then identify what else is needed for the next stage of evaluation.
