This website is hosted by Hostinger and uses its hosting, content-delivery, backup and business-email infrastructure. Website form submissions are processed by WordPress and the Forminator plugin installed on our hosting account. Easy WP SMTP sends form notifications through Hostinger business email, LiteSpeed Cache supports website caching and performance, and Yoast SEO manages search metadata.

5. Project Files and Confidential Information

This website does not currently provide a file-upload field. If you choose to send drawings or other project files separately by email, they may be shared with relevant Runheng personnel when needed for quotation, technical review or production. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for that purpose.

Project files should not be used for unrelated public or promotional purposes without appropriate permission. Sending project files by email does not replace a separately agreed confidentiality agreement.

6. Storage and Retention

Website inquiry records are stored in this site’s WordPress database on systems hosted by Hostinger. A notification copy is sent through Hostinger business email to the Runheng business mailbox. Project files sent separately by email may be stored in relevant business mailboxes and project records.

Website form submissions are configured for deletion after 24 months. Related emails and project records are normally reviewed and deleted within 24 months after the last meaningful contact. We may retain information longer when an inquiry becomes an active project or when records are needed for contracts, accounting, dispute resolution or other applicable legal or business requirements.

If you request deletion, we will review the request, verify its connection to the inquiry where necessary, and delete or restrict information in active systems where appropriate, unless certain records must be retained for the reasons above.

Hostinger creates daily backups of the website and stores the most recent seven days separately from the hosting account. Older daily backups are automatically deleted and individual backups cannot be manually deleted. Information removed from active systems may therefore remain in restricted backup copies until the normal backup cycle expires.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect contact and project information. These measures include HTTPS, access controls for website and business-email accounts, authenticated business-email delivery, software maintenance, form honeypot protection and hosting backups. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

8. Cookies, Analytics and Server Logs

Hostinger and its content-delivery, caching and security infrastructure may use server logs, cookies or similar technical storage where necessary to deliver, protect, cache and diagnose the website. WordPress, Forminator and LiteSpeed Cache may also use necessary technical storage for site operation, session handling, cache behavior or form integrity.

At the effective date, we have not enabled Google Analytics, advertising pixels or marketing-email tracking. The inquiry form uses Forminator honeypot protection and does not use Akismet or a third-party CAPTCHA. If we later enable analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking, we will update this policy and introduce consent or preference controls where required before activating those tools.

9. Requests About Your Information

You may contact us to ask about the contact or project information associated with your inquiry, or to request correction, deletion or an end to further contact, subject to applicable legal and business-record requirements. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you and to locate the relevant inquiry records.

10. International Processing

Runheng is based in China, and inquiry information may be accessed and processed there. Hostinger and its supporting hosting, content-delivery, email and backup infrastructure may process information in other countries or regions. Information submitted from another country may therefore be transferred to and processed in locations whose data-protection laws differ from those in your location.

11. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when the website, inquiry workflow or service providers change. When we update it, we will revise the effective date shown at the top of this page.
