Self-Lubricating Motor Shaft Bushings, Spacers & Phenolic Insulators
High-concentricity rotor shaft sleeves, axial thrust washers, bearing isolating bushings, and high-heat thermoset Phenolic (Bakelite) coil supports. Formulated with PTFE/silicone-modified POM, PA66, PPS, and phenolic resins to minimize rotational friction, maintain rotor air-gap alignment, and prevent shaft-current bearing erosion.

Insulating sleeves molded in high-CTI PPS, PEEK, or Phenolic isolate motor bearings from VFD inverter-induced shaft currents, extending bearing service life.
04. True Thermoset Phenolic (Bakelite) Molding
For extreme heat (250°C+), zero thermal creep, and high-voltage arc resistance, we provide dedicated thermoset Phenolic molding for commutator bushings and coil spacers.
