About Our Custom Injection Molding Team
We are a China-based manufacturer of custom injection-molded plastic components for motor and stator insulation projects. Our scope includes separate molded insulation components and full or partial stator overmolding.
Manufacturing scope
What We Manufacture
We manufacture custom molded insulation components for motor- and stator-related projects. Separate components may include end insulators, bobbins and frames, together with other related custom molded insulation parts evaluated from a customer drawing or physical sample.
For stator overmolding projects, we review customer-supplied unwound stator cores or lamination assemblies for full or partial overmolding. Winding is not included in the typical service scope.
Starting a project
How a Project Can Start
For a separate molded component, customers can start with a 2D/3D drawing or physical sample. For a stator overmolding project, customers can provide information about the customer-supplied unwound stator core or lamination assembly.
We review the available structure, material, dimensional, tolerance, quantity and applicable testing requirements before confirming the next evaluation stage. Available information can be submitted first; manufacturability remains subject to project-specific engineering review.
Project support
Manufacturing Support
Our project support can cover:
- Project and drawing review
- Mold development
- Sampling
- Custom injection molding
- Applicable inspection
- Mass production
The exact scope is confirmed for each project. Detailed manufacturing and inspection information is available on the Quality & Manufacturing page.
Custom requirements
Working with Custom Requirements
Custom motor insulation projects can vary in part structure, material, dimensions, molded-part tolerances and testing requirements. We use the customer’s available information and confirmed requirements to identify the appropriate next steps rather than applying one standard specification to every project.
Start with the Project Information You Already Have
Send a drawing, physical sample or the available information for a customer-supplied unwound stator core or lamination assembly. We can review the current information and identify what else is needed for the next stage.
